Peaches, Mangoes, and the Flickr Big Huge Labs

Oh, yes ... having fun over in Flickr today! I just found a great new toy over in Flickr's Big Huge Labs called 'Mosaic Maker'.

There are *lots* of choices ~ number of columns, number of rows ... and once you decide on those, you have the entire Flickr Universe from which to make your selections! And then you can shift everything around and re-choose and just thoroughly get lost in the beauty that is Flickr! Oh, yeah, it's for sure that I will be having fun with this!!

And, what got me going on this theme  of peach and mango was a terrific great recipe I that arrived in my email just before the tangent ... I promise, I will include it in tomorrow's blog post.

Man, it is embarrassing how very easily I can be distracted!

Enjoy!

This is so great, I always wanted to make a selection of pictures like that. Lovely choice of items. Wouldn't it be great to be able to click on a picture and then you will get to a site of the owner of the picture? :-) Shirley

Shirley, you can!

When you create the mosaic, you're given code to place as 'captioning' below the pic.

If you look at the mosaic I created, you can see that captioning ~ line up the number with the appropriate pic about which you want more detail, click it, you're there!

I really love this tool! xo Karen
